At The Noledge House, we believe support should feel human, not transactional. That’s why our trauma-informed mental health support workers are carefully chosen for their experience, empathy, and deep understanding of what it means to walk alongside someone through anxiety, trauma, depression, or psychosocial disability. Whether you need help with daily routines, community access, or just someone who truly listens—we’re here, on your terms.
What makes our model unique is how your NDIS plan does more than just fund your support. We pay our workers a great rate for the care they provide, and any amount above their fee goes directly into The Noledge House charity—helping us run free mental health workshops, peer programs, and community events. So when you choose us, you’re not only getting the support you deserve—you’re helping others in the community access it too.

Our Pricing Model
The Noledge House invoices support services in accordance with the current NDIS Price Guide, ensuring transparency and compliance. Our support workers are paid a strong, fair rate for their time and expertise. Any remaining amount from the invoiced rate is directed into The Noledge House charity—helping fund free community mental health workshops and programs. This means every hour of support not only benefits the participant, but also strengthens the wider community.
