Win a tropical escape!

THE NOLEDGE HOUSE PTY LTD was registered with the ACNC on 29/11/2022.  Australian Company Number 661 826 839. Endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient on  10 April 2024.  

1. Tickets are AUD$25.00 each.

2. Tickets are available through our secure Square payment portal online, via QR Code or in-person sales. 

3. There are only 350 places available for this draw. There are no physical tickets. You supply the details of your entry on the Square payment portal, and your information is stored in a database and securely destroyed after the draw. Entrants will receive a confirmation receipt via the Square portal upon purchase.

4. The winning entry will be drawn on January 31, 2026, and the winner will be contacted before C.O.B. on  February 2, 2026. The Noledge House will either call your supplied mobile number or reach out to you via your supplied email address. 

5. For promotional purposes, the winner will be announced (after contact has been made with the winner) on The Noledge House social media platforms, unless we are asked explicitly not to do so.

6. The winner will be drawn using a random picker app.

7. Under 18s can win this prize, but will not receive the tickets without carer/guardian contact and confirmation. 

8. The winner must stay at Unit 29, The Retreat, 31-33 Mowbray Street, Port Douglas. This room has a King Bed. Winners will have access to the main pool, the laundry and any common area.

9. Bookings must be made through The Noledge House, and reservations/access will depend on availability. The Noledge House will work with you to get your preferred time for your getaway. Queensland school holidays are unavailable for reservations.   

10. Bookings must be made and your visit completed by 31 December 2026. 

11. Airfares are economy class and for up to 7kg carry-on baggage only. Airfares do not include seat selection, checked baggage or travel insurance.

12. Winners can choose to depart from any major Australian capital city airport. 

13. The destination is Cairns Airport. Winners will be required to find their own way to Port Douglas, approximately 1 hour and 12 minutes by car. Bus transfers start from AUD$55 and car hire is available. 

14. Winners can transfer the prize to another person if they, for some reason, cannot accept the prize. 

15. The prize is not transferable to cash.  

16. This raffle complies with relevant Queensland fundraising regulations.

17. Ticket purchases are not refundable.
