Psychological Safety

A psychologically safe workplace...

The people in our organisations are our greatest asset in business, so psychologically safe workplaces should be more than just legislative compliance.

Good workplace mental health and inclusive workplace cultures are essential for employee wellbeing, staff retention and overall business performance. Productivity relies upon innovation and innovation upon learning; however, learning doesn't occur unless we feel psychologically safe.

In a time of uncertainty in most industries, understanding how to provide workplaces that support the needs of everyone and value all contributions can be essential in optimising your psychological work health and safety activities.

The Noledge House full day program comes from a trauma-informed perspective and will introduce your business leaders to the key principles of workplace psychological safety including leadership strategies and ideas to support change for the better.

Because we all work better when we feel safe!

The courses can be facilitated at your venue, or we can arrange an appropriate location. The maximum number of places on our courses are 10 people per course.

This workshop is a social enterprise and requires funding. Contact The Noledge House to discuss your requirements.

Workshop Agenda

 1. Introducing employers/managers to psychological safety.

2. What is it and why you need to implement strategies?

3. ISO and new OHS legislation.

4. Identifying gaps in psychological safety for that workplace (interactive)

5. Development and implementation.
