Competition Format: 2 Bowls Triples
1. Each player has 2 bowls – totaling 6 for a team
2. Total ends will be determined on the day of the event and based on the total teams entered and time constraints.
3. Teams can be made up of any combination of men and women.
4. Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult or sponsored/approved by the management of the Gold Coast Bowls and Community Club.
5. Substitutes are allowed; however, a $30 substitute fee will be payable to the organisers of the charity event.
6. Scratch teams will be allowed to form on the day of the event and compete if they pay their registration fee to the organisers of the event. Scratch teams must be entered by 8 am on October 19, 2025, and only if the maximum number of teams has not been reached.
7. Tournament Officials' decisions are final, and there are no protests.
8. The cash prize pool will be determined on the day of the event and based on the total teams entered and entry fees collected.
9. Bowls Australia Domestic Regulations will govern this event and competition.
